Qatar Meteorology Department has released weather charts to indicate that the country is expected to be affected by fresh to strong northwesterly wind that will last until Tuesday.
The wind ranging between 15 to 25 knots with gusts reaching 30 knots at times will be between today night until Tuesday (May 23).
This windy conditions expected to raise dust with visibility dropping below 2 km at times in some areas as well as high waves ranging between 6 to 8ft reaching 10ft in the north.
Generally hot weather conditions expected to prevail during this period with temperatures around their normal average ranging between late thirties to early forties in most areas.
